Our story
serviceTag's story began in 2015 in Pallini, but our experience in IT goes back much further. After more than 20 years of working in technology — from building websites since 2004 to some of the very first VoIP phone systems in Greece — we decided to bring that experience together under one name and one address.
We started as a small, local IT business in Pallini. Through our commitment to quality and honest communication with clients, we gradually earned the trust of businesses and individuals across Eastern Attica. Today, serviceTag covers a broad range of IT services: from web development and computer repair to network installations, VoIP phone systems and cloud services for businesses.
Our headquarters are in Pallini, Attica (Ypsilantou 4). While Eastern Attica remains our home base, we regularly serve clients across Athens — especially for web development and business IT support — and through a network of partners we extend further across Greece for the right projects. At our headquarters, we maintain a fully equipped lab for repairs and service of both desktop and laptop computers, ready to handle anything from a simple fix to the most complex fault.
